ALicE dispatches research support staff (administrative assistants) to faculty members (regardless of gender) who face difficulties in securing research time due to childcare, caregiving, or other responsibilities. It also supports female faculty members who contribute to society by serving in key positions such as members of national or local government panels, and newly appointed female faculty members.
The aim of this program is to facilitate the balance between research and responsibilities such as childcare and caregiving, and to sustain and encourage social contributions.

Applications for the 2026 academic year are now open.
Applicants are requested to refer to the application guidelines and submit their responses via Google Forms by the respective deadlines.
