“STEP-ALICE program” aims to improve the skills of female researchers in engineering, increase their presence in Japan and abroad, and promote collaborative research in leading positions.
The program provides grants for travel expenses for female researchers in engineering and female graduate students to participate in domestic and international conferences, as well as for submission of papers, review of English papers, and, for students only, a portion of the conference participation fee.

The application deadline is Friday, November 22.
